Tenants love our guesthouse. Two have ended up staying for 2+ years. It's private and pretty yet walkable to the coolest parts of Silver Lake and Los Feliz -- restaurants, grocery stores, pilates, hardware store, farmers market, bars, Griffith Park trails. And we are a nice, helpful family.
