This is a small house 870 square feet. It was made in the 1940s so has creaking and settling noises in the rooms, especially when it is windy, but it is a pretty quiet neighborhood. The neighbors have roosters, however. The shower still hums even though the plumbers has been out 3 times. It is a nice little home and it is very cozy. I have portable fan for the hot summers, and a portable heater for the cold weather.
