This is a very clean home with respectful quiet roommates who all have varied work schedules. We all share cleaning of shared spaces (kitchen, restrooms, living room, dining room.) We occasionally eat together. We are very organized with designated kitchen cabinets and refrigerator space (2 fridges.)

Private room with locked door, full closet, bed, desk, and night stand. One mens and one womens restroom in hall just outside the bedroom. Additional unisex restroom downstairs.
Neighborhood overview
An eclectic vintage neighborhood of four square blocks with lots of trees, bordered on two sides by a creek and a railroad track. (Two trains daily in summer at 7:30am and 9:30pm, none in winter.)
