Perfect stay

I stayed here for 3 months (April - July) and found this apartment to be even better and more comfortable than advertised! The Space & Amenities: Comfortable & Private: The apartment is clean, private, and very relaxing. Fully Stocked: It features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedroom and a nice bathroom with ample storage. Great Perks: I loved having access to fast WiFi, several streaming apps, a screened porch, and a dedicated washer and dryer solely for my use. The Host: Sobeida was an amazing host. If I ever had even a minor question, she handled it immediately. I highly recommend this space!"

Horrible

The central air conditioner was broken only to be replaced with window units. The tub would only fill 1/4 of the way before the hot water ran out, no privacy whatsoever as you are attached to the owners home. Could not enjoy the outdoor patio due to daily burning or cooking outside (stinky smoke). The WiFi never works because it is shred with the owner so the signal strength is poor. The couch appears to be from Temu and hurts to sit on. There is no room to move in the unit. The lawn is not kept so leaves and debris pile up at the front door and gets tracked into the rental. The Landlord will lie to keep the deposit. BEWARE

Were sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We take all feedback seriously and would like to clarify several points for future guests. For clarity, the central AC was and still is fully functional; however, when set continuously to temperatures in the 60s, it can freeze up. To ensure your comfort, we promptly provided additional window units. Regarding hot water, the system was functioning properly, and after your feedback we increased the water heater temperature to improve capacity. The listing clearly states that this is an attached unit, and we strive to always respect our guests privacy. Outdoor use and shared spaces are also described in the listing so guests can make an informed decision before booking. WiFi is provided as a complimentary service, and while signal strength can vary depending on usage, there was never ongoing connectivity issues. As for cleanliness and property condition, the home is regularly maintained. Any concerns reported during a stay are addressed promptly we encourage guests to communicate issues in real time so we can resolve them. Regarding the security deposit, the full deposit required was not paid. Any deductions were made strictly in accordance with the lease agreement and supported by documented cleaning and damages beyond normal wear and tear. We do not withhold deposits unfairly, and all charges are supported with evidence. We maintain documentation of the propertys condition before and after each stay and are happy to provide additional context if needed. We wish you the best moving forward and remain committed to providing a positive experience for all future guests.
