Andy and his girlfriend, Jennifer, both treated me like family. They made me feel as though I were their own daughter, and I truly miss them. I even miss the apartment! I absolutely loved my stay and only wish I could have stayed longer. I highly recommend both this apartment and the owner. I promise you won't regret choosing this place. It's located in a beautiful, high-quality neighborhood. It is on the pricier side, but it is absolutely worth the money. It is driving distance to beaches, restaurants, shops, etc. This was truly the best choice for me, and I'm so grateful for the experience.

Charming cottage, peaceful setting, special host!

Our first experience with a Furnished Finder property was OUTSTANDING! Andrew's cottage in the Eucalyptus Hill neighborhood is in a great location close to Hale Park, Upper Montecito Village, Montecito Country Mart, Coast Village Road, and Butterfly Beach.
