Peaceful Room in Church Hill- near Downtown and MCV

A Great find!!!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Jovanna's furnished rental! The home was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet neighborhood. It truly felt like a home away from home. The rental was fully equipped with all the amenities and supplies I needed, including updated appliances, and I never found myself lacking anything. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully provided. This was my first time visiting Virginia, and Jovanna went above and beyond by recommending great restaurants and parks. Libby Hill Park was one of my favorite recommendations and a highlight of my trip! Jovanna was kind, respectful, responsive, and incredibly easy to communicate with. I felt welcomed and comfortable throughout my entire stay. I highly recommend her rental and will definitely stay with Jovanna again!

Best Place to Rent

Javonna's house is so beautiful and she was truly the best host! It was clean, modern, beautifully decorated, and truly fully furnished. I was able to use everything in the house and she provided all the necessities including bathroom and shower supplies, kitchen appliances and utensils, and even provided some detergent pods. It was such a comfortable stay and she would even give me some baked items. I stayed for about a month and shared a bathroom with another guest. My room was also fully furnished and all I had to bring was myself and some clothes. I could not have asked for a better place for such a reasonable price. There was plenty of street parking and I never had any issues commuting to work. Javonna is also just so kind and lovely. She is very quick to respond and provides recommendations for Richmond if you're new the area. I would give this place and the host a 100 stars if I could!
