Nice Unit in Rockville

Stayed at this unit for 3 months. The unit itself is nice, clean, and updated. It has spacious bedrooms, nice kitchen appliances, and an excellent shower. The location is great, it's close to major WMATA stations like The neighborhoods around the house are nice to walk around, it's in a very safe part of town. The house is close to shopping, and has a bus that runs every so often right by the front of the home. The landlords are genuinely nice people. They earnestly try to fix any issues as fast as possible and are open to ideas & suggestions. Since we were their first tenants, there had been some growing pains but they were very helpful in trying to smooth any issues out. There had been a very small number of times where they needed to access the unit, rarely with less than 24 hours notice. One drawback to the space is that it can get noisy with a family with children and a dog upstairs. In all, we had an overall nice experience staying here and would recommend it.
