A great summer stay
I stayed here for a summer internship for about three months and it was great. The home had great amenities, it was clean and everything was functional. I also want to mention how kind and easy to work with Joanne and Brad were they were very friendly and welcoming. Plus the home is very close to a lot of restaurants and retail stores. If you're looking to spend some time in Minot I highly recommend this home.

Perfect Stay for Nursing Contract
I had a great 3 month stay here. The home was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the shared living spaces were always easy to use. Living with two other roommates worked out well, everyone was respectful, friendly, and considerate of each others space. Joanne was responsive and made the entire stay smooth from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable short term stay.
