This rental experience exceeded our expectations! The owners, Sharon and Chuck made us feel right at home on their property with a private entrance to our own apartment. This studio provided us with the comforts and conveniences of home while we were in the area for a 16 week work assignment. Sharon was always quick and accommodating to any questions we had and provided great suggestions on local restaurants or highlights! The location is ideal if you want to be close to the central coastal beach towns, popular downtown scene of San Luis Obispo, outdoor activities and venture beyond to the countryside or take a breathtaking ride north or south on Hwy 1. We hope to return to this area and rent again with Sharon / rental owner!
