Charming Tudor home located on the best street in Tahoe Park near UCD Med Center The home features 2 bedroom & 2 full bathrooms, beautifully updated kitchen, hardwood floors throughout, backyard w/matured landscape. The neighbor hood is quiet and safe, with friendly neighbors. The home is fully furnished with well stocked kitchen and wash and dryer. You will be living with one housemate (me) and a cat (Lulu).

Highly Recommend!
I had an amazing stay here! Cannot recommend it enough. It is a quick 15 min walk to UcDavis. Sam had every thing I could need. cleaning supplies, towels, bedding, fully stocked kitchen. She is friendly and kind and helps with whatever you may need. Sam made sure I felt at home and always went the extra mile. The bed was sooooo comfy. The blackout curtains were perfect. I loved spending time in her backyard which is gorgeous and has a lovely tree that provides shade. I didn't have a car, but there was always lots of street parking. It is close by to two bus stops that get you anywhere you need in Sacramento. It is a short walk from a large grocery store. The street is so quiet/ peaceful. Wifi, utilities, trash, water are all included. Her cat, Lulu, is the sweetest, and I will miss her very much. Thank you to Sam and Lulu for a wonderful stay. I would absolutely stay here longer, if my contract was longer, and I would absolutely stay here again.
