This unit is fully renovated. The entire house is empty and super close to hospitals. From time to time, myself or family may come into town and utilize the second floor bedrooms and kitchen area. Your basement unit will still be completely yours. You will have access to an offsite property manager that will help with anything you need. Trash days are on Wednesdays and should be taken out Tuesday night.
