The home was very well maintained. A few minor details suggest it is designed more for a quick Airbnb visit than a mid-term stay. First, you cannot receive mail at the address, so you won't get mailbox keys for packages. Second, there is no real cold water in the home, so cold showers or washing clothes on cold isn't an option. Finally, while the upstairs is carpeted, no vacuum or cleaning products are provided to maintain the home over a few months. While not an issue for a short trip, a longer stay can present a challenge. Aside from that, it was easy to contact the landlord. The home was spacious and bright, with new furnishings. Great location: 10-15 minutes to Champions Gate restaurants and 30 minutes to the parks. Advice: Ask for the house rules in advance, as it is a long list.
