Great House/Value
This house is perfect for anyone looking to live near the northeast heights. You get the safety and quietness of the neighborhood for at least $1000 cheaper than anything else you'd find in this area if you tried to rent a one person house/apartment. The house was always very clean, the amenities including the kitchen, private garage, spacious living room, and the private bedroom/bathroom are not lacking in any way. Josh is a very easygoing, respectable, and professional landlord. You also get the service of a very sweet guard dog named Riley for free. I'd recommend living here to anyone considering the area.
