Nice condo, quiet/isolated location but read your lease carefully

Quiet, well-equipped with nice coffee maker. Bikes provided but tires flat, unusable. About 15-20 min from the beach, isolated but peaceful. Heads-up: landlord billed me for electric over $100, but lease states $150. Evidently, it's changed to $100 for future tenants. So be ready to pay an extra ~$150+. I had no mailbox access; found out after move-in/forwarding my mail. Part on me for not confirming, but little accommodation offered, as landlord is not local. Simply KNOW what is in your lease. I left with a month left due to a family medical emergency. The landlord offered a written, conditional refund (deposit + one week) requesting proof. I provided documentation and left unit in good condition, meeting both conditions. The offer was erratically pulled with reasoning changing more than once. It felt violating to send documentation and have the landlord act like it never happened. The deposit was returned - not the refund offered. Beware, written offers may not be honored here.

A quaint beach-side home away from home

We had the opportunity to stay for a month at a quaint, beach-style property and it truly felt like a home away from home. The house had everything we needed thoughtfully furnished, a well-equipped kitchen, and a comfortable layout that made settling in effortless from day one. The location was ideal: close proximity to the beach and just a short walk to local restaurants and stores. Centrally located and the perfect place to call a second home. Marisa was a truly gracious host kind, welcoming, and responsive from the initial inquiry through move-out. She made the entire process simple, was flexible and accommodating with our small dog, and attentive to our needs throughout the stay. We'd happily return and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located stay.
