This studio apartment is located on the second level above a two car detached garage. There is a large deck at the entrance of the apartment, which overlooks a beautifully landscape 1 acre lot. We do have two dogs on the property that are contained with an electric fence.

Grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants are within a five minute drive.

Space

Comfortable studio apartment with a kitchenette. Appliances in the kitchen include a refrigerator, a WOLF countertop oven with convection, a microwave, and a coffee pot/Keurig combo machine. The bathroom has a standing shower and a tankless hot water heater. Large smart TV an access to our wireless router.

Neighborhood overview

Our home is located in a neighborhood called Saint Margarets and is a suburb of Annapolis. It is generally quiet, not far from the water, and offers a tight knit, suburban feel with easy access to route 50. Our neighbors have been around forever.

A lovely GEM of a place!

What a gem of a place! Charming, warm, comfortable, peaceful, and beautifully furnished, it truly made us feel pampered. The owners clearly put great care into every detail, and it shows. Sunlight from the skylights and the door to the spacious deck created such a pleasant atmosphere. The Wi-Fi also worked very well for remote work, which was important during our stay. This apartment was a wonderful home away from home for me, my sister, and my brother-in-law as we rotated in and out over the past two months. Since we all now live out of state, it meant a great deal to have such a comfortable and welcoming place while tending to family matters locally. The owners were kind, accommodating, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. I highly recommend this apartment and would gladly stay here again when visiting the Annapolis area.
