Convenient location, clean and recently updated and everything is there to get you started. I'm only there part time so you have the place to yourself quite a bit. No smoking or pets!! Has non-working fireplace, I think I missed filling that out somewhere. You'll have access to the side porch (which includes lots of friendly neighbors walking by) and are welcome to park in the driveway.

Private bedroom and bathroom on the second level. I'm there 1-2 weeks a month and my room is also upstairs along with an additional bedroom. The main level is shared space including livingroom, kitchen and full bath with washer and dryer and a nice porch on the side of the house. There is a driveway and street parking available.
