We had a great experience staying in this one-bedroom basement apartment. This is the second apartment we have rented from Donna's properties. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully furnished with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The layout felt spacious for a basement unit. One of the standout features was how quiet the neighborhood is. Its perfect if youre looking for a peaceful place to relax after a long day, with minimal noise and a safe, residential feel. Parking is off street and private and the location was convenient for getting around the Lawrenceville area, with shops and restaurants just a short drive away. Donna and Bill are wonderful hosts both are responsive and helpful. Overall, this is a great option if youre looking for a comfortable, private, and most importantly safe place to stay in the area. We would definitely recommend it to anyone needing a short- or mid-term rental.

The Best Humble Abode

My stay here has been absolutely wonderful. Donna and Bruce truly thought of everything a traveler could possibly need. Ive stayed in quite a few Furnished Finder properties, and this is honestly the first one that genuinely felt like home. The space is comfortable and clearly set up with travelers in mind. From the little details to the bigger necessities, it made settling in so easy. Donna and Bruce are also incredibly responsive and helpful anytime you need anything, which makes such a difference when youre away from home on assignment. Im so grateful I found this place and will truly miss both of them!
