Perfect Little Italy Stay with Amazing Patio & Smart Home Comfort

I stayed here for a few months and honestly wish I could have stayed longer. The condo is beautifully remodeled and very comfortable, with high quality furniture and a full smart home setup. The smart locks, smart lighting, and smart AC system make everything easy to control, and the ButterflyMX app makes building access and deliveries simple. One of the best features is the large outdoor patio with a barbecue. It is a great space to relax, grill, and enjoy the San Diego weather. Inside, the living room has a 65 inch TV with high quality soundbar and subwoofer (also bluetooth connectable), and there is also a 40 inch TV in the bedroom. The master bedroom closet is also very large, which made a longer stay especially comfortable. The location is excellent in the center of Little Italy. One of the highlights is the farmers market every Saturday and Wednesday, widely considered the best in the city, and it is right outside the building.

I stayed here for 3 months and it was a fantastic experience. The condo is beautifully remodeled with high quality furniture and a great smart home setup, including an awesome live-edge sit-stand desk with multiple monitors, which made working from home easy. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Little Italy. I loved grabbing smoothies from Choice Juicery downstairs and dinner with wine at the five star restaurant, Vinarius, on the first floor. The waterfront boardwalk is only two blocks away, so sunset walks along the bay became a daily routine. The landlord was also great, very responsive and easy to work with. Since he’s the HOA president, anything that needed attention was usually handled the next day. Highly recommend this place.
