Five Stars – An Incredible Landlord Experience Kelly has been absolutely amazing to work with. From the very beginning, she was knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful throughout the entire process. The home itself is beautiful — a perfect two-bedroom, two-bath space with all the amenities we were hoping for and more. What truly made the experience special were the little touches Kelly added to welcome us. When we arrived, she had left fresh roses, a thoughtful kitchen gift basket filled with useful items, and even cozy bathrobes for us. Those details made it feel like we weren’t just moving into a rental — we were walking into our new home. It’s rare to find a landlord who cares this much about their tenants’ comfort and experience. Kelly clearly takes pride in creating a warm and welcoming space, and it shows in every detail.
