This is a quaint, well maintained comfortable cottage with new hardwood laminate floors. Our family has stayed for several months for decades, so it has all of the essentials you need to live here and enjoy the surroundings and the lake. The view of the lake is breathtaking. Neither the cottage or the lake are handicap accessible.
Space
This cottage was built by our family and has been in our family for 100 years. It is lake frontage property, with a beautiful view of Lake Tippecanoe. There are two bedrooms and a living room area that has a pullout that will sleep two more (for a total of 6). The rental amount is for off-season (November to March). In vacation rental season, the monthly rate is much higher. It is negotiable, but climbs to closer to $5,000/mo....
