Welcome Home! The main level king offers a full closet, plug and pay work station, smart tv, blackout shades curtains and a sound machine and lamp lighting.

Backyard patio w/ seating for 8 and swivel umbrella. The back yard is fully fenced in with landscape lighting for easy access no matter the time of day.

Main level kid's room with nursing chair, diaper pale, changing station, bassinet and monitor. The rails around the full-sized bed are crib height, and the door can be closed for easy containment, no matter your child's age.

The upstairs king bed suite offers a full closet, smart tv, blackout shades and curtains, sound machine and ceiling and tower fan.

Right off the kitchen, there is a den with comfortable seating, a rug that is actually a children's play mat, a cozy reading corner and some toys provided for kiddos to have some entertainment during your stay.

Upstairs twin beds for adding functional sleeping options for any group size. Room includes full sized closet, smart tv, blackout shades and curtain, ceiling fan and tower fan and sound machine.

Full Coffee & Cocktail Bar! Equipped with drip coffee, Keurig, coffee grounds, a hot water kettle, and cold brew maker, a bean grinder, mugs, wine glasses, and a cocktail mixing set. 3 Keurig pods are provided as well as reusable ones!

The living and larger dining room is right off the kitchen with enough space for the whole group to relax. Smart tv, home gym weight set and yoga mat and games cabinet provide entertainment for all times of the day.

Unwind and relax on this large modular sofa, a velvet green swivel chair, blackout curtains for movies, and lots of lamp lighting.

Living Room Amenities include smart tv, yoga mat, foam roller, free weights, board games, dice and cards.

Main level full bath with kid friendly bathing essentials - mat for the tub, baby bath, plug for bath and a few bath toys. This bathroom includes face towels, makeup towels, beach towels, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a blow dryer.

Upstairs bathroom offering the vintage 1960's original home tile with a modern twist. All bathroom include face towels, makeup towels, beach towels, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a blow dryer.

Both bathrooms feature the same amenities.

Remote setup in the Den and the Main Floor Bedroom with a king. Monitors provided, just bring hookups to your laptop for HDMI (Den) and USBC (Bedroom).

Kids amenities include toys, high chair, toddler tower, kids table and chairs, kids dishware, magnet board in kitchen, baby gates to block rooms without doors, fenced in front and backyard, magnet locked kitchen cabinets.

Front porch faces west so you can catch the sun going down over the treeline and enjoy the bask of golden hour.

Fully fenced in front yard with a pcnic table to enjoy the beautiful Charleston weather and garden beds planted with herbs and wildflowers for your own entertainment.

Enjoy the 2 Historic Charleston Oaks in the yard that provide shade and the iconic Spanish moss swaying in the breeze.

Main level king, which is the room with the desk, has a full closet with a dresser and hangers provided.

Upstairs corner king has fantastic natural light in the mornings, but blackout shades until you are ready to see the light.

Bed doors can be left open or closed. Nursing chair and lamp lighting. Small touches to make it feel a little more magical.

Upstairs twin bedroom also has tv, full closet and some fun lamp lighting.

We wanted to provide the comforts of being at home with kids away from home!

Corner sink with natural light all day!

Movable island with kids magnet board included to hopefully help keep littles busy while making food.

The kitchen has an eat-in smaller table that is open floor plan to the den for entertaining and relaxing.

Open floor plan. This side of the house gets the morning light and the living room side gets the evening light.

The Den also has a cozy corner with a beanbag chair and overhead lighting. This is the room with the additional work setup with the drop down desk with monitor along the back wall.

Formal dining room attached to the kitchen and living room. Great for family dinners, hosting or games nights!

All bathrooms will have a basket of makeup towels and wash towels.
