We live on 1.5 acres in a quiet, safe neighborhood, landscaped, grass, flowers, trees. Large lots, mostly retired homeowners in neighborhood. We originally built the ADU to care for aging parents. There is a community access to Dana Passage (Puget Sound) within walking distance - picnic or kayak launch.
