I stayed with Ms. Kathy over the summer for my internship and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The house is immaculate. She keeps everything beautifully clean and well-maintained. The three lovely dogs add such a warm touch to the home. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with easy access to Valencia Town Center and everything you'd need. Beyond the space itself, Ms. Kathy is genuinely kind and made me feel at home from day one. She's more than just a landlord, we're friends now and still keep in contact!! Highly recommend if you're looking for a furnished place with someone who actually cares about making your stay comfortable!!
