Great Location & View But Needs Better Cleaning and Upkeep

Great location for our Cleveland Clinic travel contract. Safe, quiet neighborhood with a beautiful backyard water view. The house felt spacious, deliveries were easy, and our large Bronco fit comfortably in the driveway. Convenient to both the hospital and Fort Lauderdale. The biggest issue was cleanliness and upkeep. We found opened food and hair in the fridge at move-in, along with hair in the bedding and bathroom drawers. The laundry machines were dirty and had to be scrubbed by us before use, and the water filter had visible mold buildup. We also had to request and replace the overdue air filter ourselves. Kitchen and utensils felt sticky, cluttered, and outdated. We never received access to the pool or basketball court despite asking the owner. The neighbor Chris was very friendly and even left us tennis rackets which we appreciated! Overall, we're leaving 4 stars because we enjoyed the location, space, and view, but the home needs a deep clean and better maintenance.
