This is a beautiful space in a very safe and quiet neighborhood on top of the hill in point Loma. Very close to my favorite beaches, such as sunset cliffs! There are only seven units in this complex and all of the other neighbors are very friendly and I know them well. You can watch the sunset from the balcony.
