Summer Housing Experience

I am a 22 year old female, and I had to move to Dallas for a summer internship. Finding Samantha on Furnished Finders was a lifesaver. At best I hoped for a reasonably priced housing option not to far from the downtown area. Not only was this listing conveniently located and reasonably priced, it was also peaceful and homey. Samantha was a very accommodating, communicative, and attentive home owner. Anytime guests were over or maintenance work was going to be done, I was notified beforehand. Additionally anytime I came to her with a concern or request she was happy to help. During the initial signing stages she was very transparent about other individuals interested in leasing with her. The room itself is just as advertised and the bathroom is spacious. The kitchen is quite large and the living room space is a comfortable lounging area. The neighborhood itself feels safe. As a young woman with safety concerned parents, this was a great housing option for me.
