It really is a special place to watch the sunset on a summer night. I'm semi- retired and have put a lot of love into making an interesting space. The grounds are kept nicely and the upper deck is truly in the trees, making it great place to unwind. Northeast Dallas is close enough to most activities that a Lyft or Uber make sense. Parking can be a beast downtown and in Deep Ellum (Dallas's 6th Street.)

The closet doors are mirrors. I have plenty of storage solutions that can be used to create a comfortable space. I also have storage space in the garage.

Neighborhood overview
Mediterranean subdivision located in an area of Dallas that still has large trees and wildlife. Tom Thumb grocery and great Thai food are across the street. There is a park not far, at Greenville and Royal. The subdivision has a pool and a tennis/pickleball court. Enjoy a view from the canopy out on the treehouse deck.
