The apartment contains one large bedroom with king bed and guest room with queen bed. The living room has new furniture that is comfortable for lounging. The kitchen is well appointed. Laundry is in the basement and parking is off street in the back of the house. We are next to an elementary school and the neighborhood is very safe.
