Aside from being a good and quiet comfortable home, in a safe and clean neighborhood, the person renting the bedroom will occupy the home mostly by themselves. I am retired and constantly travel to see my kids and grandkids throughout the US and abroad. There are 3 or 4 months I will not be in the house at all. Evaporative cooler keeps the house nice and cool.
