Best Part About My Stay in Charlotte

I recently stayed here while working in the Charlotte area, and it truly became the best part of my time away from home. As a female traveling alone, finding a place where I felt safe and comfortable was extremely important to me. Noé was an exceptional host — kind, responsive, and genuinely welcoming from day one. The home is a beautiful new build in a quiet neighborhood, with fingerprint keyless entry. Shared spaces were clean, modern, and inviting, with rooms that were thoughtfully furnished with a large TV, remote-controlled fan/light, and even an adjustable standing desk with a monitor - great for those working or studying. Reserved guest parking and the convenient location made everything easily accessible within 15 minutes or less. Most importantly, the environment was peaceful, respectful, and relaxing after a long workday. I’m genuinely grateful for the hospitality and would absolutely recommend this stay to anyone staying in Charlotte, especially longer-term stays.

Quiet, Professional, and Exactly as Listed

I had a really positive stay here while on assignment in Charlotte. The house is a new build and everything was clean, organized, and exactly as described. The room and shared areas were well maintained and the place felt quiet and private, which I appreciated. The location was also convenient—about a 20-minute drive to Uptown, and coffee shops and stores weren’t far. The kitchen was modern and fully equipped, which was a nice bonus. The host was easy to communicate with and the check-in process was smooth. He was especially helpful when I asked for a restaurant recommendation—he pointed me to a Michelin Guide spot right around the corner. Overall, a great stay and I’d definitely consider staying here again.
