Absolutely wonderful!

I stayed at this clean, comfortable condo for three months and it was amazing. It was fully furnished with everything needed for daily living and all utilities were included which made moving in super easy. Cable tv was set up with gobs of selections. The condo is on Coquina Key, a quiet, safe, low-traffic side of St Pete surrounded by water. Strolls right along canals and Tampa Bay were just stunning! The two heated pools were clean and not crowded. The yacht club provided entertainment and beautiful views of the Bay from the patio and veranda, as well as a fishing pier. The gym had plenty of equipment for daily workouts with views of the pool. The on-site management staff were helpful and nice when I had questions and the residents are friendly. You can tell they all love being there! If you're looking for a relaxing, turn-key Florida experience, this is a gem! I would recommend Deb's place to family and friends. And I would definitely stay again.

Safe, Peaceful, and Right on the Water

I stayed in Deb's one-bedroom condo in St. Pete for 45 days, and it was a peaceful, comfortable, and safe place to land. The condo is right on the water, which made working remotely and exploring the area feel easy and enjoyable. I saw dolphins in the canals, manatees nearby, and loved having such a calm home base while getting to know St. Pete. Deb was responsive, kind, and genuinely welcoming throughout my stay. As a solo female traveler, I cannot overstate how much it mattered to feel safe and settled. I would absolutely rent from her again.
