Wonderful Late Summer Stay

We stayed here for just over a month as we started jobs and looked for a longer term apartment. Jenny and Travis were so hospitable! They were friendly and ready to help but also very respectful of our space and time. The dogs were also a joy to be around! The apartment is well laid out with the right amount of furniture and storage for two adults' short term stay. We appreciated having all of the little touches- toiletries, tissues, laundry detergent, cleaning product, etc. Since it's a basement unit, there is not a lot of natural light but the warm lighting within the unit made it very comfortable. We also used the outdoor space quite a bit. Despite having two vehicles, we were always able to find parking within a few houses. The location is also extremely walkable/bus friendly, so it was nice not needing to drive as much. We would definitely stay again and will be pointing friends their way!

Jenny and Travis were absolutely wonderful hosts! I stayed in their basement for 2 months, and I truly had a great experience. From the very beginning, they were incredibly welcoming, kind, and always willing to help. They genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable and having the best possible experience, not only at the accommodation but also during my time in Salt Lake City. The basement was very comfortable and had everything I needed for a long stay. The kitchen was especially well equipped, with all the amenities and essentials I could ask for, which made it feel very much like a home away from home. The location is perfect. They also have 2 very friendly dogs, and they were never a problem at all. They never bothered me with noise, and they were always sweet and friendly. I'm very grateful to Jenny and Travis for making my 2 month stay so comfortable and enjoyable. They are lovely people, and I absolutely recommend staying with them to anyone visiting Salt Lake City!
