Private NextGen Suite in Parker with Private Entry, Full Kitchen, Walk-In Closet & Outdoor Access

AMAZING HOST!

I stayed at here for about 8 months and never had a minute's trouble. The place is super clean, in a great neighborhood, and has everything you need. Most importantly, the landlord, Randy, is a phenomenal host! Anything you need, day or night, he is accommodating. He is extremely friendly and helpful in any way that he can be! As far as the unit goes it's very spacious and you even have a front porch (shared but pretty much only used by tenant as landlord has a back deck). There's a king size bed, and laundry in the closet (which really makes laundry much less of a chore). The place is within a 15-minute drive to everything and less than 5 minutes from some fast-food restaurants and a grocery store. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
