Great location, even greater LL!

The place receives sunlight on the 1st bedroom in the morning, and in the 2nd bedroom in the evening, so it is always well lit and well ventilated. Location was perfect for us! The furnishings are cozy and just right for 2 people with pets. Omar is a great LL. Very responsive and will work with you with whatever may be wrong with the apt. Will be definitely staying here if we have to come back to B'more!

Honestly, I loved staying at 2517 St. Paul St so much! As a travel nurse, finding a place that actually feels like home can be tough, but this unit was perfect. It’s super bright, clean, and beautifully updated. Having an in-unit washer and dryer plus all utilities included made my life so much easier after long shifts. The Charles Village neighborhood is the cutest and felt so convenient. I could walk to the prettiest local cafes and Wyman Park Dell on my days off, and getting to work was a breeze. Plus, the landlord is incredibly sweet, super quick to text back, and keeps the building so quiet and peaceful.
