A very nice home away from home!

This is a great place to stay. The furniture is new, and the kitchen is well equipped with quality cookware and fully functional appliances. The hosts are kind, friendly, and very responsive. I always felt comfortable reaching out and any issues were handled quickly. The home is over 100 years old, so occasional issues are expected, but they were addressed without hassle. Laundry is in the basement through an exterior entrance, which is convenient but not ideal in bad weather, and there is a fee to use the dryer. I stayed about five months and had no issues with off street parking. The location near University of Kansas Medical Center is excellent, with a commute under ten minutes. The area does require awareness, but you are close to downtown, Westport, the Plaza, and the free streetcar. I would stay here again.
