Perfect place
My 21 year old daughter rented the unit for 2 months while she did an internship at the NIH. The home has great ambiance, light, decor, uncluttered but complete, peaceful/ quiet unit. It is a great building with so many amenities (pool, sauna, sevurity). It was a great experience with Monica both as a host and a roommate (respectful, considerate, cheerful) with separate areas on opposite sides of the apartment. The ample closet, desk, and many resources on the unit. The Friendship heights area is very safe. When she shared the unit for a short time or used it as an ample entire apartment, the added 1/2 bath was very convenient. The screens were great to both give privacy and reduce light in the bedding area. My daughter did not need a locked door and enjoyed the open space feel. In the end, she got an studio, (in great safe area, near the metro) for the price of a room. Considering everything the unit offered, it was a good bargain. Highly recommend it!
