Cottage is at the back of the property with its own entrance and includes a dedicated gated parking space. There is a full kitchen. It has a mini-split AC & Heating unit. Washer and dryer are in the garage and all utilities are included. Must be ok with dogs, they are usually inside but will be in the yard on nice days.

Comfortable, private, and perfect for a JPL internship
I stayed in the cottage for 11 weeks during my JPL internship this summer, and I was very comfortable throughout my stay. I had everything I needed and more, including my own private kitchen and bathroom, and the location was great, only about 15 minutes from JPL. Maylen and her husband were also very responsive, friendly, and welcoming. Definitely recommend it if youre looking for a private studio at a reasonable price!

Best little place around
Loved this little gem. Great hosts, wonderful garden, perched along the mountains. Comfortable bed plus all the amenities; full kitchen, AC/Heat, closet space. and privacy. 3 friendly little dogs on the premise. Would return in a heartbeat!
