Great home with responsive landlord
My boyfriend and I have had the pleasure of calling this place home for the past 15 months. It is an extremely convenient 5 minute drive to Lexington hospital and 10-15 minutes to other area hospitals. It is a 10 minute drive to downtown Columbia and there are plenty of restaurants located within 5 minutes or less. It is a very safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Tyler, the landlord, has been amazing to rent from and extremely responsive to any concerns we’ve had. Our air conditioning went out on a hot summer evening. Tyler showed up within a half hour on a Friday night to try to fix the problem and had a repair man out the next morning. The home is very comfortable with all the amenities you could want including a washer and dryer and a fenced in backyard for your four legged companions. We’ve really enjoyed living here and can’t recommend it enough!
