Quiet 2 Bedroom in Philly

The second and third floor apartment was easily accessible and clean. Long-term resident downstairs was friendly and a good neighbor. Only stayed three of my scheduled five weeks, as my work in the area was completed. Joe was responsive to my questions and inquiries. Closest eateries are a few blocks away and easily walkable. Not the biggest fan of the neighborhood, but I'm a small town midwestern guy with little affinity for big cities. Never felt unsafe, yet didn't care for the abundance of trash throughout, especially the broken glass when walking my four-legged traveling companion. Nice desk for working and internet connection was fast.

Philadelphia apartment

Joe is a very nice landlord. I wasn't able to stay at the property long as I expected too. Joe was very understand. I did not have to call him for any problems the apartment is very cozy and feels like home. If you want a home away from home this is the place to stay.
