The best part about this spot is that it is in a very popular area close to the bay and the ocean is not far away (it's a 10 minute bike ride). This is a nice quiet private space detached from the front house. Private patio with fire pit table and a couple Adirondack chairs, and umbrella. The only shared spaces are the barbecue which is in the separate fenced area for both house and studio tenants use, and the washer and dryer behind the studio in the new big shed.
