Neighborhood overview
Very calm and quiet neighborhood with easy parking. We are located in a 6 block big cul-de-sac neighborhood backed up to wild lands so there is a lot of bird song in the day and it is quite and dark night. Great sunsets and good star gazing.
We are close to the 33 freeway, close to the Ventura river bike trail and just under 10 min from the beach and downtown Main St
