This is a re-designed studio style RV. It sits on 1.5 acre Homestead in the middle of Phoenix. Its one of the few irrigated lots still left in Phoenix which makes it one of the greenest parts of Phoenix. It's been well maintained. To be honest, if we did not have 7 kids my wife and I would live in it.
