Our two bedroom tiny house sits on 1.5 acre Homestead in the middle of Phoenix. Its one of the few irrigated lots still left in Phoenix which makes it one of the greenest parts of Phoenix. Its only had one previous tenant in the unit, and has been well maintained. To be honest, if we did not have six kids my wife and I would live in it
