A custom sliding barn door separates the dining room from the 2nd office space, bathroom, and laundry.

This is a dedicated office with a locking door. It has a futon couch that folds out to a full bed. Equipped with an ergonomic chair, gorgeous solid wood desk, TV/monitor with an HDMI cable, and two windows with screens and abundant southwest natural light.

Bathroom across from washer & drier with slate-lined shower with rain shower heat, window with screen, skylight, multiple lighting options, heated floor, and utility sink.

The laundry area is adjacent to the workspace with the large window to the backyard. The washer and dryer are excellent. These spaces boast heated floors and the bathroom offers a utility sink and a smart heated bidet toilet seat.

This is a gear room. This is where you will find additional hanging space for clothing, a drying rack, fire extinguisher, step stool, etc.
