Fully-Fenced Land Park Home w/ Garage

Perfect!!

I travel for work and use furnished places for my primary living. Josh's place in Sacramento was perfect. It was very clean and updated with what seems like all new furniture. There was everything you could possibly need in the kitchen for cooking which sets it apart from many similar places that I have stayed in (Tupperware, blender, cutlery, storage bags. etc you name it). The outdoor space was great for enjoying the weather in Sacramento and I was a quick walk away from Land Park and the surrounding neighborhood was quiet and safe for walks/jogs. Josh was very responsive and clear with check in. He lives in the attached unit. He and his wife are very quiet I never noticed that they were home. Overall 10/10 experience and would stay again if I was in Sacramento for work.

We came to Sacramento for my wife to receive spinal surgery. We were looking for a 1 level home in a nice neighborhood for my wife to begin recovery. We found it in this home. Not fancy, but very clean and with well thought out improvements and amenities. It has a nice large backyard which we weren't able to take advantage of. The owner was very responsive to our needs and privacy. If we ever need a short term rental again, we will look here first.

Amazing stay!

Had the best stay here. Joshua was very respectful and responsive. The place had everything we needed, it was super clean, and had a great yard for our dog, all fenced in. Would definitely book again here when we are back.
