Its nicely Furnished. The living room has a Queen size sleeper sofa easy to use. Parking is right in front of the house. I have my music studio in the main floor . The is a garden with Hollywood swing and barbecue in the back of the house renters can use.

Nice little spot in convenient location.
I stayed here for three months during the summer and had a great experience. The place was clean and stocked with house goods and kitchen supplies. This was nice as I didn't need to pack too heavy getting there. The bedroom is nice and the bed is very comfortable. Since it is a basement, the place remained at a good temperature on 100+ degree days. Shower is nice too. The stove and oven work great and the kitchen is stocked with spices. The landlord is also very lovely and accommodating. Great place, overall!
