There is a small shared backyard and a deck out back. Washer and dryer in unit. There is a full kitchen with a dishwasher. The apartment is in the center square neighborhood which is a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Many of the neighbors have lived here for years and are very friendly. We are very close to the Empire State plaza (less than 5 minute walk) and two blocks from Washington park and Lark street.
