Beautiful, Spacious Furnished Condo within 1/2-1 hour of Denver, Ski resorts, and walking distance to Groceries, Restaurants and shopping

Nicely-appointed Condo in Evergreen/Bergen Park

We enjoyed our stay at Lana's condo. PROS: - Hosts friendly, flexible and welcoming - Spotless and exceptionally well maintained. Not one squeaky door or floorboard - Wonderful master suite, includes a desk if it's a work trip - Very spacious master bath - Many ceiling fans (see below) - Great location: restaurants, quality groceries and shops - Hiking right from the condo. We hiked daily, miles of trails (Bergen Park/Elk Meadow) - Two decks, one with a gas grill - Lots of entryway closet space, likely useful in winter - Plenty of housewares - Easy access to downtown Evergreen (10 min) and I-70 CONS: - No AC in the unit, and we hit an unusually long hot spell - Parking is well over 50 yards away (not bad for us) - A bit dark during the day, though not an issue if you're out and about - Second floor unit, so you'll be climbing stairs All in all a nice place, except hot season.

Amazing Location

We absolutely loved our almost 2 month stay! The Condo is beautiful and clean. We felt like we were in a Ski Town. We saw deer walk by everyday, walked to Bergen Park, the Grocery Store, and Biovac Coffee. We rode bikes all the way to Evergreen Lake on the path! The hosts are so helpful!
