This Home is only three months old. Everything in home is fully furnished and brand new furnisher. Specifically your room is brand new furniture and brand new linens. I like to keep the house clean and tidy and respectful space for my roommate. I will only be renting out the room to another girl. You have full access to the common areas like living room, dining room, and kitchen. utilities are included.
