Great stay and great host
I stayed here for a little over 2 months and it was great. John, the owner, is a great host/landlord. He really cares about you having a positive experience during your stay. He is very responsive and easy to communicate with. I have a dog so the fenced in yard was super great to have and the yard was much bigger than you'd expect from a duplex situation. Neighbors are friendly. There's lots of food and shopping options close by. Also this house is about 10-15 minutes from Flagler beach where there are public parks and tons of beach access. Flagler beach is a cute area with bars and restaurants too. Would definitely stay here again.
