Private Studio-ADU El Monte w/small bbq area

The studio itself is very nice. Its clean, well maintained, and its clear the hosts take pride in the property. That said, my experience was mixed. Upon arrival, I found Gabys demeanor unwelcoming, and that first impression never really changed. Jay, on the other hand, was much more pleasant and approachable. The studio is behind the hosts home, and because of the layout, I often felt a lack of privacy. I understand the need for exterior security cameras, but being able to see the camera feeds displayed inside the main house while walking to the studio made me uncomfortable, even though I have no reason to believe I was being actively monitored. This property is best suited for guests seeking a quiet stay with no visitors. My travel plans involved more visitors than expected, and despite being transparent, I was asked to vacate with three days notice. Overall, the studio is well kept but wasnt the right fit for my needs.
