BIG Bedroom in Executive Home

Safe, quiet, beautiful house. Want to renew!

The property is exactly as presented. The bed is comfortable, the Jack and Jill bathroom between the bedroom and the yoga studio is essentially a private bathroom. On-site laundry facilities are very convenient and well-maintained/stocked. The neighborhood is safe and secure in a good location. Plenty of DoorDash options if you need to stay in and chart. The landlord, Terrance, lives/works on site. This does not interfere with my days off or working from "home". He is very hospitable, courteous, and considerate of his guests. On numerous occasions we've enjoyed great conversation over a game of pool, a glass of wine, and/or IMO's. On a number of nights each week Terrence is gone for pool league or other activities. Some evenings it's not uncommon to have the place to yourself until 9, 10, or even later. There's plenty of comfortable places to sit and read, surf the Internet, or watch a show. He's generous with the use his amenities. Will stay as long as I can!
